FAQs

1. Is fur/ball a complete meal?

Yes. Our wet food is nutritionally balanced and can be served on its own as a complete meal, mixed with kibble, or used as a topper. Each 85g pouch is portioned for one meal for most adult cats.

2. What texture is the food?

Our food has an even, pate-like texture. It is easy to eat and digest for cats of all ages. It’s partly why they always end up on the clean plate club!

3. What if my cat doesn't like it?

We offer a New Cat Parent Kit — try that first. If you've already purchased a box and your cat won't eat it, reach out to us on WhatsApp. We'll sort it out.

4. How much should I feed my cat?

Most adult cats do well with one pouch per meal, 1–2 times a day. Adjust based on your cat's size, age, and activity level. If you're transitioning from another food, mix gradually over 5–7 days.

5. Can I subscribe and save?

Yes. Subscribe for 15% off every order, delivered on your schedule. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account — no lock-in.

Cutest little mail i have received. Love the packaging designs so much. The marketing team does a great job 👏 though the packet is slightly harder to open up. Takes times to transit from usual wet food but overall great experience

Thank you for the 5-star rating 🐱 and we hope your cats enjoy fur/ball !

Ok high quality cat food. Well packed, love the box and the graphic design. My cat loves chicken, but surprisingly the chicken flavour for this was his least favourite. He loves the lamb and the beef though. The lamb and beef looks juicier compared to chicken so maybe that played a role.

He is a fussy eater, and yes this is fussy eater certified 😂 (except for the chicken)

Thank you for sharing your experience! We're delighted to know your cat enjoys it😻, and that you love our packaging design. Thanks again for choosing fur/ball for your cat 🐾 !
