1. Can I skip a delivery if I still have stock?

Yes, just log in to your account and skip any upcoming delivery before it processes. No penalty, no limit on skips.

2. Is the 15% discount applied to every order?

Yes, it applies from your first order onwards as a subscriber. It’s a standing subscriber discount, not a one-time welcome offer.

3. Is there a minimum commitment period?

None. Subscribe for one delivery and cancel after if you want.

4. What if my cat doesn’t like it?

Start with our “New Parent Kit" here. If your cat doesn’t take to it, reach out to us on Whatsapp and we’ll sort it out.
