How much is shipping?

We provide FREE shipping for orders exceeding RM280! (excluding East Malaysia due to limited coverage).

For orders below RM280, we offer a flat-rate shipping fee ranging from RM10-25 depending on your zone.

For areas requiring Express delivery, we offer a 2 or 3-day express option to ensure the freshness of your order upon arrival. The total shipping cost is determined by weight & destination.

When will my order ship?

We ship Wednesday and Thursday each week, and you'll receive a tracking number once your package is dispatched! To prevent packages from being held in carrier warehouses over the weekend, we avoid shipping later in the week.

We utilize our own fleet of carriers or regional carriers, typically delivering within 1-3 days depending on the destination. You can check your order status by logging into your account.

How is my order packaged?

All our products are shipped fresh and frozen insulated with ice bags.

If your package arrives with products slightly thawed or beginning to defrost, there's no need to worry—this is perfectly safe. As long as everything remains below refrigerated temperature, simply store it in the freezer (or a bowl if your cat persuades you).
