my cats are very fond of gravy textured food so they weren't the biggest fans but you can add some water. good ingredients
yes you can also mix our wet food with water 😊 thank you for the support!
i've purchased several times since last year. with the old formula, even all my cats who normally hate pâté-style food, they loved it. but with new formula, they haven't been interested, including one of my cats who usually isn't picky at all.
seller did explain the reason behind the reformulation, but compared to old formula, now both the protein and fat% are lower, i prefer the higher one..(and the fat% on packaging is way lower than on the product page pic?) maybe changes in ingredients might have affected its palatability.
honestly wish seller would continue selling the old formula alongside the new one. it's hard to find wet food with clean ingredients, good nutritional value, and reasonable price, it's a shame that my cats don't enjoy it as much anymore..
Since my diabetic cat doesn’t like kibbles now, this seems to be good for him.
thank you for the 5-star rating! we hope they enjoyed our salt-free wet food
Love the box, the packaging, and the kibbles haha my cat loves them especially when mixing with warm water it's easier for him to chew...but the wet food not so much haha its not for him
Thank you for your feeback, we glad that our kibbles help him to chew easily 😊
My cats definitely love it

Cutest little mail i have received. Love the packaging designs so much. The marketing team does a great job 👏 though the packet is slightly harder to open up. Takes times to transit from usual wet food but overall great experience
Thank you for the rating, we do hope your cats enjoyed it !
Item received in excellent condition. All items are in order. Happy with my purchase.

Thank you for the 5-star review! We’re really glad our food got a paw of approval 😸
Packaging is bad .. previously was not send like this
Thanks for sharing this, we’re really sorry about the experience. We’ve since upgraded to sturdier packaging to better protect your food in transit. We hope this gives you a better experience next time. 🙏
This brand looks solid but because I've been feeding my kitten Purina Fancy Feast...he kinda doesn't like this one 😭 gonna transition him to this brand and raw food to make sure he doesn't eat all the nasties in the usual pate he liked
We appreciate you giving us a try. If you’re exploring raw diets for your cats, we also have freeze-dried kibbles and toppers available! 🥩
Been buying furball for almost half a year but seems QC of the packing is becoming worse. Previous batch had lint all over the pouches and this time, one of the pouches arrived dirty like another pouch had leaked on it. Rm4+ per pouch makes it on the expensive side and I don't need it to be packed super premiumly but it's not too much to ask to have clean products. Makes me suspicious of the cleanliness of their warehouses and operations 🤔
Hi! Thanks for the feedback on this. We understand where you’re coming from and are sorry for the experience. We are actively solving the dirty packaging problem you’re facing. We did a switch on the packaging from glossy to matte for an elevated look. However, the matte packaging seems to get much dirtier easier even if they were sealed in their box post production and qc. The experience we are attempting to bring didn’t quite reflect in the packaging. There is an active plan on this. Appreciate your feedback on this. We will do better.
Always repeat at this seller cause my cats really love it. I love the texture. Easy to chew for my old age cat. Thanks seller
We’re purring over this review 😸💛
My little gurl love it so much! 3 flavor also her favorite! Second time purchase
Thank you for your continued support! So happy to hear that your cat has been enjoying herself ❤️
I’ve purchased this product several times and generally like it, but I hope the seller can improve their stock storage, as the packaging has an unpleasant odor, probably due to leaking.
Thank you for the feedback 🙇 We are working to fix this issue
The texture was different the second time i ordered. I hope in future all packs will come with best before date. The meat came out w black specks and had a slimy layer.
We appreciate your honest feedback, and just want to assure you that there have been no changes to our formulation.
The jelly-like substance you’re seeing is actually psyllium husk, a supplement we add to support your cat’s digestive health. Sometimes it can clump due to incomplete mixing or natural sedimentation, but it is still safe for your cat to consume.
We really appreciate you flagging this to us! We’ve shared your feedback with our product team, and if you notice anything else or have any concerns, feel free to drop us a message. 🙏
