Smells nice. The ciken floss is fine and soft. With a few krills. It only 40g, ok with the price. Good for topper. My cat is very picky see if she like it or not. First trial she not interested 😂 seller wrap with bubble wrap and take 3 days for delivery. All good thanks

my cat’s on a veterinary GI kibbles diet which he refuses to take entirely despite my attempts at mixing it with other wet food. I sprinkled this and he’s finally eating the kibbles! Thank god

The video is just to show how it looks like. My cat loves it. It's the only time I see her finishing her kibbles. We're already on our third packet.

Haritu beli dekat event ok je packaging bersih cantik. Tapi kalini kena bau busuk sangat dekat paket tu.
Thanks for sharing your feedback, and we’re really sorry for the experience. We know this isn’t ideal 🙏
We’d like to reassure you that we take quality control seriously. The brown stain you noticed is dried food residue from another packet that likely leaked during handling or transit.
To provide some context, our product team inspects each batch after production to remove any defective units. However, in rare cases, a damaged packet may leak during transit, which can leave marks on nearby packaging.
This is only a surface issue and does not affect the safety or quality of the food inside your sealed packet. However, if you ever receive a packet that is broken or unsealed, we strongly advise you to discard it and contact us immediately. We will arrange a refund or replacement for you right away.
We’ve shared your feedback with our product team and are actively working on improving both packaging and handling to prevent this from happening again. Thanks for flagging this!
