1. Is fur/ball a complete meal?

Yes. Each pack is nutritionally balanced and designed to complement your cat's diet. Serve it like your usual wet food, mix with kibbles, or on its own for a complete meal.

2. How much salt is in the food?

None at all — our recipe is 100% salt-free. In fact, it’s Malaysia’s first salt-free wet food made to keep your cat healthy without compromising on taste.

3. What texture is the food?

Our food has an even, pate-like texture. It is easy to eat and digest for cats of all ages. It’s partly why they always end up on the clean plate club!

4. Is this suitable for cats with kidney disease?

Our food is not suitable for cats with CKD since it’s naturally high in protein. We would recommend checking with your vet first if you're still thinking of trying it.

5. How long will an opened pack last?

The meals can be kept in the fridge for 2-3 days opened. We recommend consuming it within this period.

6. How much should I feed my cat?

Feeding amount depends on cat size, feeding habits, activity level, age, and other factors. We make different recommendations based on each cat’s individual needs.

For a 4kg cat, one pack a meal is usually enough.

7. I have a very picky cat, would the food be suitable?

Yes, our food is ideal for picky cats. In fact, our picky-cat approved rate is at 87% across all 4 flavours. Like any new food, it may take time for your cat to adjust.

Switching takes effort but is rewarding.

8. How do I transition my cat from kibbles?

We recommend starting by replacing 25% of your cat's current food with fur/ball on day 1, then gradually increase. Monitor their reactions and give them space to adjust.

Adding even a bit of real food alongside kibble can make a difference.

9. Do I need to refrigerate unopened packs?

With the high-heat, high-pressure cooking method used for our packs (similar to canning), they can be stored in your cupboard under room temperature.

10. What is the shelf life of the food?

Unopened packs can be consumed within 18 months from the date of manufacture. The best by date is printed out on the top of the pack.

11. What is in the supplement mix?

Our supplement mix is formulated according to AAFCO guidelines by our food scientist.

They are made suitable for a balanced meal for cats, consisting of Vitamin A, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Niacin, D-Pantothenate Calcium, Folic Acid, Copper, L-Cystine, Iron, Zinc.

12. Can I freeze the food?

Yes, the wet food can be consumed as it is or frozen for sensory enrichment activities later.

13. How do I serve the food?

Our food comes in convenient 85g pouches. They can be served straight from the pack, either at room temperature or slightly warmed for enhanced aroma.
